Kalymnos Island belongs to the Dodecanese group which is located west of Turkey. This island lies between two other famous Greek islands, Kos and Leros.  Like the rest of its sister islands, Kalymnos is a lovely island with its natural beauty of coves, bays, caves, beaches, groves and landscapes. This particular island is known for its industry in sponge-fishing where most men work as sponge-fishers; this particular fishing can last for five months.
